From the beginning
Chef Ali Waks Adams works with each and every Balaboosta client to curate a menu that is unique to the their event. Formal dinners, corporate retreats, family reunions, weddings, fundraisers, celebrations of life. At Balaboosta, we meet our clients where they are at; exotic or homey, fanciful or practical, extravagant or quiet, we make our food for you.
We source our ingredients locally whenever possible. Think Global, Shop Local !

The quality of our service is as important to us as the quality of our food.
Our job is to allow you to participate in your event, to be present for your clients, friends, families, donors, employees etc.
Service matters to us, it matters that we respect your space, that you and your guests feel cared for during your event, that guests are treated with grace and that our food arrives on time and that it meets, and hopefully exceed expectations.
All the way to the very end.
Whether it is a rented space or your home we treat the space with the same respect we treat you, the food and each other. The party space is left as clean, if not cleaner than we found it, Our team make sure rentals are properly prepared for return, and all of the hosts personal items are retuned to order.
Leftovers are packed neatly in your containers or ours, and if you’d like we are always happy to deliver leftover food to The Gathering Place or Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program or your chosen non-profit.
